Coach JR has a deep passion for nurturing talent in players of all ages. An 8-year semi-professional baseball player, he excelled during his 4 years of collegiate baseball taking 3rd place at the World Series and earning All-Conference and All-Region honors. With over 20 years of coaching and training experience, including 13 years as a Varsity High School Head Coach and the Head Coach of top travel teams, he has a proven track record of transforming aspiring players into confident competitors. His relatable approach and unwavering commitment to player development inspire young athletes to not only reach their goals but to enjoy every moment of the journey!
